Rare book if one of very few written by FDR. There is paper loss on the top and bottom of the spine and a tear is on the back cover. Despite these flaws, the dust jacket looks great and has nice eye appeal. The cloth boards and inside pages are all Very Fine. This was from the collection of FDRs son John Roosevelt. The cover has a nice image of an ever-confident Roosevelt. FDR apparently joked to his son that this one of his rarest books as it did not sell! 1932 New York: Covici Friede Publishers.
