Titled Mickey at Night, this a Robert Steven Simon piece. Checking in at 24x19, this is framed to 31x25. In a very sturdy frame. Mantle signed this on his, the signature is unfortunately light from improper exposure to direct sunlight (it is still 100% legible). Also signed by artist Simon, this is a limited edition (563/750).
