This lot of autographs was culled from a 10,000 item decades-long Philadelphia Philles and related collection. Lesser players were an obsession for this collector, he attempted to get the signature of every player in Phillies history.The offered lot contains many letters, mainly ALS, these go back to the 1940s and some are just so charming. There are likely no rarities here, but a collector of letters should really, really enjoy the lot. The condition is quite clean overall, the lot is as follows: Dick Barry, Bartell (3), Baumholtz, Bealy, Berger (2), Betts, Church, Conley, Delker, Enzmann (3), Fonseca, Bill Giles (3), Greengrass (5), Hennessey, Hiller, Hoerst (2), Holden, Hughes, Si Johnson, Kennedy, Kimmick, Koy, Leonard (2), Lisko, Mahan, McDonnall, Milnar, Mulcahy (3), Newsome, Nicholson (2), Peel, Pellagrini (2), T. Puckett, Reis, C. Ryan, Schell (2), Schulte (2), Seminick, Fr. Thompson, Waleigh, Whitney and Wyatt. We did not have JSA review the lot given the medium, it is being solid as-is, but we would be shocked if there were any issues.
