Listing Details

An increasingly popular oddball wartime set, this is loaded with HOFers and stars. PSA 2s HOFers can sell for $90, so there is some real value here. The set and cuts vary mildly, it is a pleasing VG to VG-Ex overall to our eyes with some variance. We sent the key cards to SGC and they came back as follows: 2 Lou Boudreau 4, 8 Bill Dickey 3, 9 Joe DiMaggio 2, 10 Bobby Feller 4, 11 Jimmy Foxx A, 12 Hank Greenberg A, 15 Carl Hubbell 4.5, 19 Mel Ott 2.5, 20 Pee Wee Reese 3, 24 Ted Williams 2.5. Full sets hardly ever trade anymore due to slabbing, respectable lot.
