Listing Details

Something that you just never see, offered is an 11x17 3,000 hit poster of the beloved Roberto Clemente. Issued after September 30, 1972, Clemente tragically died on 12/31/1972 in a plane crash while helping earthquake victims. The offered poster is signed Best Wishes Roberto Clemente in slightly light but certainly legible red ballpoint ink. According to the JSA LOA, there are three total signatures with note to a removal (we do not know who the other signatures are). The colorful poster has typical general wear and some spots of tape by the bottom border, the signature is not effected in any way. Despite some issues, this has to be one of the rarest Roberto Clemente items that one can possibly collect. JSA LOA (full).
