One of the greatest card issues ever produced, these are so undervalued. A wonder when held in hand, the image clarity of the offered lot is simply stunning. The edges show only slight wear, we do not see any creasing. The blank back appears to be quite clean. Perhaps some general wear led to the 3 grade, we cannot explain why it did not come back with a higher grade. Regradless, the offered card has an absolutely gorgeous image of a name 19th century player, this card could turn even a refractor collector into a 19th century card devotee!
