Offered is an attractive and well preserved Land Grant from 1824. The document has mild general wear, some fold lines and has a nice antique look and feel. Boldly signed by President James Monroe, the Presidential seal is clean. Matted and framed to 26x15, these early Presidential signed documents seem like utter bargains in today's market.
