Dated July 25, 1961, this appoints a Russell Niquette of Vermont to be a Collector of Customs. A handsome and very well preserved Presidential document, the seal looks great. Matted and framed to 20x16, this is ideal for display. The JFK autograph is about an 8/10 or better in our opinion. The key autograph to any 20th century Presidential autograph collection, these are naturally prized by collectors and are always extremely desirable.
