Listing Details

Terrific collection, these are all very uncommon large format HOF Induction cachets. Extremely well done, these display very well. Neatly presented in the proper binder, these run from 1990-2016. The autographs are strong, some are fully signed, otherwise await an addition. The content is outstanding, with note to: Ashburn, Biggio, Boggs, Brett, Carew, Carter, Doby, Glavine, Gwynn, R. Henderson, Herzog, R. Jackson, R. Johnson, Larkin, LaRussa, Maddux, P. Martinez, Morgan, Murray, Piazza, Puckett, Rice, Ripken, Rizzuto, Ryan, Sandberg, Schmidt, Seaver, O. Smith, Smoltz, Torre, Winfield and Yount. How is that for some star power? A great lot on so many levels, you have the huge selection of HOF signatures but also you have them on dated HOF items, which makes the Ashburn, Doby, Puckett, Rizzuto and many others literally rare. Also of note is the large number of pricey recent inductees, these may well have cost our consignor $100 a signature. The breakdown value here is no doubt tremendous but we just did not have the heart to break down this wonderful and hard-earned lot. This is the kind of lot that whatever it sells it, it will not be enough. There are 28 different cachets, with 61 total autographs. Again, this is a really amazing collection accomplishment given the scarcity and expense of these signatures on HOF items. JSA LOA.
