Fine piece, this is a perfectly clean envelope from 1939, postmarked in Cooperstown, with the baseball stamp. The upper left corner has a superb black fountain pen signature of none other than .358 career hitter Rogers Hornsby. Anything from 1939 signed by a HOFer is always very desirable given the start of the HOF. JSA LOA.
