Listing Details

Immortalized in film, one of the very best players ever, Shoeless Joe Jackson has very few cards and they are prized by collectors. The 1915 Cracker Jack card of Shoeless Joe Jackson is is a truly iconic card, Jacksonís most attractive standard size card, and one of the ultimate baseball cards ever produced. A signature card, this has bright color and absolutely perfect image quality. An extremely fine Ex 5, this has perfectly clean surfaces, no staining and nice white borders. The back is clean and vibrant. Centered to the right border, the corners come to points but exhibit slight wear, mainly on the bottom two corners. We cannot see any creases, wrinkles or technical defects, even under magnification. This card has a strikingly nice image and fresh look, it simply looks terrific. As for price histories, this is an interesting card. A PSA 5 has not traded according to VCP since 2012. A 4.5 sold for $23,275 earlier this year, a 6 sold for $43,200 in 2016 and we sold a 1 in January 2016 for $9,665. We are going to start this very low to make things interesting, this is no doubt an outstanding card to add to any serious card collection, it is nice that this card has not traded in this grade in five years, letís see what happens here!
