One of the very best Casey Stengel cards, this is the first one that we have seen or handled. Simply a tremendous card as it has the tab, these hardly ever come to market. Casey is pictured as part of the 1916 Brooklyn Dodgers. The image of a so young Stengel looks good. The card has various minor to moderate flaws that combine to cause the 1.5 grade (some creasing, wear at the bottom border, some back wear etc.) but nonetheless the card retains a solid image and good eye appeal. The borders are white, the corners show moderate wear in the VG range.
