A very substantial lot of this increasingly popular issue, this is a nice portion of a full set. A physically hefty lot, every card is in an individual hard holder for protection. These are the HOFers in the lot: Averill, Bottomly (Bottomley), Cochrane (Beckett 3), Cronin, Dickey (Beckett 2), Durocher, Ferrell, Frisch, Gehringer, Grove, Hafey, Harris, Hoyt, Ott, Ruffing, Simmons, L. Waner and P. Waner. As always with Butterfingers, due to their fragile stock, there are condition issues. The overall VG grade is probably very conservative; while there are certainly some rougher condition pieces here, most of these are quite nice for the issue. This lot could have a very substantial value as singles and will save a set collector some real time and money.
