Listing Details

A very interesting piece, offered is a 1972 LeRon Lee game bat. With a PSA LOA for the bat, this has great provenance. The bat has noted in period marker: BAT USED BY LERON LEE TO GET A BROKEN BAT SINGLE AGAINST TOM SEAVER AND SPOIL SEAVER'S BID FOR A NO-HITTER WITH ONE OUT IN THE NINTH INNING. METS VS SAN DIEGO PADRES JULY 4, 1972 1ST GAME. Fine item that should appeal to Tom Seaver and bat collectors, this is something that you just never see. Of note, Lee went on to play in Japan and was one of the finest American players in the history of Japanese baseball. This has a PSA DNA LOA for the bat.
