Likely a pop 1/2, this is before PSA did the populations for the backs. Polar Bear backs are notorious for condition issues, there are rare in this quality. The offered card is a very popular HOFer. This card has rich color and nice corners. The card is centered slightly to the upper left corner, the left border has a tiny spot, the back looks amazing for a Polar Bear.
