Uncommon postcard, this depicts the line-up of famous boxers and promoters attending the famous fight between heavyweights Jack Johnson and James Jeffries at Reno, Nevada on July 4, 1910. The famous array are all identified standing beneath a banner for the business of fellow boxer, the Tom Sharkey Cafe. Names include Tommy Burns, John L. Sullivan, Frank Gotcha, Billy Jordan, Bob Fitzsimmons, Stanley Ketchel and Tom Sharkey. Not postally used, the postcard is in Fair condition with corner wear and creasing.
