A vital Willie Mays card, his first Topps card, and an absolute key to the legendary 1952 Topps set. Offered is a lower grade example that has its high points. Well centered for a 52 Mays, the card retains good color and a nice image. The back has no paper loss, but there is very subtle writing in the center of the back that led to the qualifier. The 1 grade is all about creasing. Low grade but not abused, this card will fit nicely in many lower grade 1952 Topps sets or Mays runs.
