High school science report of Ken Hubbs. This is six pages long and filled out in Ken's hand. Signed Kenneth Hubbs in red period ballpoint at the top of the first page. Culled from a collection of Hubbs's personal papers, this is almost certainly the earliest and highest quality example of his signature. This beloved Cubs star died in a plane crash in 1963 at age 22. JSA LOAA.
