A very nice card, this example has rich color, no print issues and clean surfaces. We cannot see any creases or wrinkles, even under magnification. The card has excellent centering, clean borders and a nice back. Corner wear appears to keep this a hair below a 5, this is a very solid and fine card for the grade.
