A very scarce postcard, this is the first time that we have handled one of these. Postcarked 1909, corner wear and crease contributed to the grade. This is a very unusual image of the 1909 American League Champion Detroit Tigers. Ty Cobb appears to the far left, interestingly enough he is pictured next to a very well dressed African-American boy. This displays well overall and should be of significant interest to any Ty Cobb or early 20th century high quality baseball postcard collector.
