A now vital President, this is one of the hardest pieces to find when doing a Presidential run. Offered is a signed appointment for a midshipman in the Navy; dated February 22, 1799 this is a Presidential document. This piece has fold lines and soe general wear but has a vibrant and attractive overall look and feel. The vital signature of Adams is large and fine, this displays very well.
