Beautifully preserved, this is a spotless 19x16 document signed by Coolidge as President. Dated June 3, 1924, this appoints a Leland Morris of Pennsylvania to a Consul (he apparently served as Minister to Iceland and Ambassador to Iran). Counter-signed by Charles Evan Hughes, both are large, flowing ink signatures that contrast perfectly against the clean document. Elegantly matted and framed, the total size is 27x24. JSA LOA (full).
