Listing Details

Taken in 1954 in Florida, this fine b/w photo depicts Al Lang, Connie Mack and Jim Armstrong. Signed by Lang at the right edge, the autograph is in fountain pen ink. Lang, who played a crucial role in bringing baseball's spring training to Florida, has had a stadium named after him. Lang was a former Mayor of St. Petersburg and died in 1960. A very rare signed 8x10 photo, this could possibly be one-of-a-kind! JSA LOAA.
