A very desirable early Ty Cobb card, this could well be a Rookie Card. Issued from 1907 to 1909, this is scarce COBB name on front variation. The offered card has a fantastic and flawless image of a so young Ty Cobb in his signature batting pose. The card retains a perfectly vibrant image and a solid black background. A pinhole by the top border and a closed small tear at the right border led to the 1 grade. Unmailed, the back is actually bright and clean, which is very unusual for a 1. Who wants to own a super early Ty Cobb card that hardly anyone else has?
