A very scarce regional issue, these hardly ever come to market. The last sale on VCP for this card was in 2015! Offered is a particularly sharp and fine VG 3: the edges look good, the surfaces are quite clean. The corners come to points, the image is flawless. A slight crease at the upper right corner keeps this at a 3, fine card.
