Lot #940 1950 Press Photo Negative Film Archive (100+)

A real sleeper lot, these came from a photographer in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Offered is a box of negatives of various boxing subjects. The plastic and glass negatives are generally 4x5. The subjects include Gene Tunney (farewell fight), Jim Jefferies, Tex Richard, Stanley Ketchell, Battling Nelson, Jim Armstrong, Bill Conn and Joe Louis. Other printed photos come in the lot, it fill up a small carton, there are pieces outside of boxing here, everything is vintage, presumably pre-1950.
