Lot #2074 1930 Harry Coveleski Giant Killer Promo Business Card

Very unusual item, this has a standard looking Harry Coveleski Cafe business card on one side, the other was an image of Coveleski with his son in front of windows that read The Giant Killer. This measures 2.25 x 4 and has tape on two sides. Coveleski acquired this nickname by beating the Giants three teams in five days in 1907 for the Phillies, keeping them from winning the pennant. Interesting and unusual item, the only public sale we could find was for $224.
