Lot #1181 1970 Topps Supers Complete Set Cond: Ex
A popular set that is loaded with stars, these have been in high demand in recent years. The offered lot is a mixed grade run, these range from VG to Ex-Mt. Some of the cards have an odd cut at the top border, this may not have been malicious, we are not sure (the key cards with this issue are noted with an asterick). An fun and attractive set to peruse, we rate the key cards as follows: 5 Tom Seaver SP VG, 8 Johnny Bench VG-Ex*, 12 Roberto Clemente Ex mc, 18 Willie Mays Ex*, 24 Hank Aaron Ex-Mt, 28 Reggie Jackson Ex, 29 Carl Yastrzemski Ex-Mt, 34 Pete Rose (handcut short), 37 Frank Robinson SP Poor (pinhole), 38 Boog Powell SP VG+, 40 Billy Williams SP Ex+ mc.
