Grand and very creative Babe Ruth display, this is almost a one-of-a-kind piece! Our consignor started with a Babe Ruth signed check. The check is dated January 4th, 1936. Made out to Claire Ruth for the very large sum in 1936 for $1,000, this is really double-signed. Babe signed it at the close, the check and signature appear to be spotless and pristine. In a great touch, this is framed with a 21x26 high quality Leroy Neiman serigraph of The Babe. Neiman hand-signed the serigraph, this is a very well done piece.
