Mounted onto board this measures about 9x13. Dated March 6, 1933, this appoints the famed Henry Morgenthau Jr as Chairman of the Federal Farm Board. The document has strikingly dark and bold ink signatures from both FDR and Morgenthau. It is very unusual to find documents with such prominent figures for public sale. JSA LOA (full).
