Grandly presented in a 30x26 museum quality frame, offered is a document signed by Buchanan in 1849 as Secretary of State under Polk. This looks to be a citizenship document. The document has a fair amount of wear but still displays well, the signature is very solid. The document itself measures 9.5 x 12.5. JSA LOA (full).
