A wonderful item, this is a very handsome and well preserved 20x16 document signed by JFK as President. The Presidential seal looks great, tape in an innocuous color at the edges holds over some presumedly minor closed tears. The document appoints a Russell Niquette a Customs Collector in Vermont; it is signed by Douglas Dillon, the Secretary of the Treasury and by JFK. Presidential documents of this size and eye appeal hardly ever come to market from the beloved JFK, this is a golden opportunity to add a very fine historical signed item to your collection.
