Lot #239 1956 Topps Complete Set Cond: VG-Ex

Vital 1950s Topps baseball card, this is a true classic. Loaded with colorful star cards, these are always fun to peruse. The offered set is a quality mid-grade set. Clearly assembled with care, the cards look to be about 70% VG-Ex, with some nicer cards scattered about. The balance are almost all a nice VG or VG Plus, there are very, very few really weak cards here. The Mantle came back a PSA 2, the grade is honestly a bit tough, the card has corner and a slight back crease, it is nicer than almost any other 2 you will find on a 56 Mantle.
