Very neat ball, this is a lightly toned Houston Colts model from the 1960s. There are 16 total signatures with four HOFers. The key autographs are Alston, Bavasi, Dressen (D1966), Giles, Keane (D1967), Stengel and Weiss. This was almost certainly signed in 1962 or 1963 at some type of important league meeting, these could be a great story here.
