From the family of a Commodore Nicholson (they are almost certainly children of the Revolutionary War figure), this lot contains letters from the United States Navy dated June 18, 1845 and February 26, 1881 and a personalized invitation to an event at the White House with President McKinley on January 10, 1900. Various sizes, each is framed.
