Lot #969 1925 World Series Program At Pittsburgh (scarce)
Produced on very fragile paper, this is a rare and extremely desirable 1920s World Series program. 100 times scarcer than the Washington version that regularly trades, we hardly ever see these. The offered program has been folded at one time and has pencil notations on the cover. The spine is tight, there is a crease by the right side, the edges are reasonably crisp. Neatly scored, Walter Johnson pitched for the Senators in this game. A classic World Series, this is a terrific piece.
