Offered is a rare and important card of the incredible Ted Williams. Issued in 1939 in Canada, this is indescribably rarer than this 1939 Play Ball card. Freshly slabbed, we have only had a few of these in our 30+ years in the hobby. A very attractive card, the larger format allows for terrific display value. A sepia toned card, the image has perfect contrast. The corners come to points, the borders are clean, as is the back. A crease keeps this at a 1.5. In terms of public sales, there are only two going back to 2013!
