Lot #20 1953 Bowman Color #59 Mickey Mantle PSA 7

One of the most popular of all Mickey Mantle 1950s cards, this is a cornerstone card for many collectors. The absolute key card to one of the great vintage baseball card sets, these are very, very hard to find in this quality. Quite sharp and clean, the offered card has a terrific color image of a very young Mickey Mantle taking a swing. Centered to the lower left corner, the card is just a hair out of register. The borders are white, the corners are sharp. The surfaces appear to be quite clean, the back looks great. This is a superior early 1950s Mickey Mantle card.
