A very cool Topps Test Issue from the 1960s, these are scarce and desirable. Likely cut factory short, we do not see any defects. The condition looks to be in the Ex range overall and this is exceptionally well centered. The colors are vivid, the card displays well. Aside from being a key Mantle piece, this card boasts six HOFers of the twelve pictured players. Neat card.
